What type of matters do you work on most often?

I most often assist clients in the arenas of drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives, as well as supporting personal representatives with the probating of estates. I represent individuals and corporate fiduciaries in trust and estate litigation matters, including will contests. I also advise high net worth individuals and business owners on techniques to reduce taxes and business succession strategies.
What do you find most exciting about your work?

I enjoy this practice because it allows me to become very close with my clients and assist them through some of the most difficult times in their lives. My clients trust me, appreciate our relationship, and allow me to help them solve problems in a positive way.

Select Matters

Favorable estate settlement/preservation of family business: Decedent incurred substantial debt that was due upon his death. I represented the family through the probate process which resulted in saving the family business.
Tax planning: I represented a family with substantial wealth. I helped them plan their estate through a series of transactions that resulted in the next generation saving millions of dollars in tax.
