K. ALEX KHOURY is a Partner in the Atlanta office and a member of the Firm's Litigation Section. Alex is co-chair of the Firm's Electronic Discovery and Data Management Group. His practice focuses on commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes and business torts. Alex's litigation experience includes representation of individuals and corporations in banking and consumer finance disputes, RICO actions, actions involving the enforcement of non-compete and non-solicitation covenants, misappropriation of trade secrets, interference with contractual and business relations, employment discrimination, workplace harassment, corporate whistle blowing, and wage and hour disputes.

Successfully represented both employers and employees in employment contract and tort disputes, including actions involving the enforcement of non-compete and non-solicitation covenants, misappropriation of trade secrets, and tortuous interference with contractual and business relations.

Defended loan servicing companies and commercial banks in federal and state litigation involving claims of wrongful foreclosure and fraudulent lending.

Defended management throughout the country in federal and state court litigation involving employment discrimination and retaliation, wrongful discharge, workplace harassment, and the employment retaliation provisions of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.

Successfully represented employers under investigation by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and State Civil Rights agencies.
