ANGELA L. LUCKETT is an Associate in the firm's Energy Practice Group. Her practice involves transactional work with particular emphasis on negotiating, drafting and reviewing contracts in the areas of procurement of goods and services, coal and natural gas.
Ms. Luckett's practice also involves licensing and relicensing of hydroelectric projects, under Part I of the Federal Power Act, including license compliance and administration, relicensing, water withdrawals and project joint uses, water rights, shoreline management and recreational issues.
Ms. Luckett also has experience in analyzing and drafting legislative proposals involving a range of nuclear issues. She advises and updates clients on proposed nuclear legislation. She has also been involved with due diligence on nuclear issurance issues in a license transfer and for potential bidders on nuclear facility.
