Join the ABA Section of Litigation for the 7th annual presentation of the Environmental Litigation, Mass Torts Litigation and Products Liability Litigation Seminar. The committees will be hosting the 2010 Joint CLE Seminar in Avon, CO. This year's seminar will feature 10 CLE programs, addressing litigation issues in all three practice areas.  Balch & Bingham's Bruce Barze will moderate a panel discussion "Legal Tactics to Use  with Suspected Baseless or Fraudulent Claims: Threshold Challenges Based on Lone Pine, Daubert-Lite and Science Day."
