Balch Attorney Helps Author Comprehensive Guide to International Estate Planning Strategies, Published by Thomson Reuters


Balch & Bingham LLP is announcing the publication of a guide to international estate planning, aimed at consumers with multi-national estate issues. “International Estate Planning Strategies,” is being released in October 2011 by Thomson Reuters Publishing Company. Howard Neiswender, a partner in the firm of Balch & Bingham, contributed a chapter to the guide entitled, “Updating International Estate Plans in Light of New Legal and Political Developments.”

Mr. Neiswender is a partner in Balch’s Corporate, Tax and Finance section, as well as the co-leader of the firm’s Wealth Management and Employee Benefits Practice Group. Mr. Neiswender’s areas of specialty include estate, tax and business planning for individuals and business owners, as well as handling tax audits and trust administration concerns. Mr. Neiswender has also advised numerous clients regarding investment and insurance products, as well as other financial instruments.
