Balch Partner Jim Noles to Speak at Veterans Day Ceremony

Jim Noles, a partner in Balch & Bingham's Birmingham office, will speak Friday, November 11, at Pine Hill, Alabama's annual Veterans Day commemoration.

The ceremony will be held at Pine Hill Cemetery on Friday, November 11, at 11:00 a.m. The event honors those who have served and are currently serving in all branches of the United States military. The public is invited to attend but is asked to bring lawn chairs for seating at this outdoor ceremony. In case of inclement weather, the event will be in the Pine Hill City Hall.

A member of the firm's Environmental & Natural Resources Section, Mr. Noles is a former U.S. Army officer and a published military historian. His most recent book is Mighty by Sacrifice: The Destruction of an American Bomber Squadron, August 29, 1944 (University of Alabama Press).
