Bingham D. Edwards, Jr. Elected Secretary for the Birmingham Business Alliance Board of Directors for 2013

Balch & Bingham LLP today announced that Bingham D. Edwards, Jr., partner, was re-elected as secretary for the Birmingham Business Alliance’s Board of Directors for 2013.

Bing’s practice focuses on helping businesses solve complicated problems colored by tax considerations including federal, legislative, state and local and transactional tax. He has served as an Adjunct Professor at the University Of Alabama School Of Law, where he taught classes on tax-exempt organizations and the taxation of business entities. He has served as the secretary for the Birmingham Business Alliance since 2008.
