Christopher S. Anulewicz is a Partner in the firm's Atlanta office and is Co-Chair of the firm's Business Litigation Group. He also is a member of the firm's Credit Crisis Group, a special team of lawyers working on challenges created by the current disruptions in the credit and other capital markets. Chris has been named as one of Georgia's "Rising Stars" in business litigation. Chris' practice focuses on complex trial litigation, including those related to securities, professional liability, management and board of directors' liability, fraud, RICO, healthcare, Medicare and Medicaid issues, regulatory, and constitutional litigation. Chris is a trial lawyer who has been lead or co-counsel on numerous jury trials, bench trials, and arbitrations.
Chris is also active in his community. Chris is a board member of CADEF, the Childhood Adult Autism Foundation, has served on the American Diabetes Association's Atlanta Council and has been a fundraiser for numerous charitable and political causes. Chris has also been an election volunteer for the Georgia Republican Party since 1998, providing legal service and election advice, and was a vice-chair of Georgia Lawyers for Rudy.

- Represented national ice cream manufacturer in multi-district litigation and four-week jury trial in patent, trademark, and antitrust litigation.
- Represented individuals in constitutional litigation against Fulton County, Georgia which secured $24 million verdict on behalf of individuals (National Law Journal Top 100 Verdicts of 2002).
