Daniel Harrell is an Associate in the Birmingham office and a member of the firm's Labor & Employment Section. His practice covers general labor and employment matters. Mr. Harrell graduated magna cum laude from the Cumberland School of Law. In law school, Daniel was a member of the Editorial Board of the Cumberland Law Review. He was also selected as a member of Curia Honoris.

Prior to joining Balch & Bingham, Mr. Harrell clerked for the Honorable W. Harold Albritton, III, United States District Judge for the Middle District of Alabama.
- Prior to law school, Daniel spent several years as a financial analyst with BB&T in Atlanta and Compass Bank in Birmingham.
