Righton Johnson is an associate in the firm's Atlanta office. She is a member of the Government Relations & Business Litigation Group. Righton's political experience includes her work in Washington D.C. for Congressman Jack Kingston and the House Republican Conference. She has also worked on numerous political campaigns and remains active in state and federal politics. Her litigation experience includes representation of corporations in action involving contract disputes, constitutional litigation, business torts, and litigation against government entities for denying constitutional rights in violation of 42 U.S.C. ยง 1983. She has both trial and appellate court experience as well as arbitration and mediation experience.

- Representation of property development company in appeal to Supreme Court of Georgia for a muncipality's enforcement of an unconstitutional zoning ordinance. Century Center at Braselton and CCB1 v. Town of Braselton, et al., Supreme Court of Georgia (held ordinance was unconstitutional)
- Representation of corporate employer in Title VII racial discrimination suit for alleged retaliation. Jackson v. B&L Disposal, Northern District of Georgia (granted summary judgment to Defendant)
- Representation of corporation and officers in complex business fraud arbitration involving both Delaware and Georgia law.
