NERC BOT Issues Decision Addressing Registration of the Southeastern Power Administration (SEPA)

On June 20, 2008, the NERC Board of Trustees issued a decision holding that the Southeastern Power Administration (SEPA) should be removed from the Compliance Registry as a Resource Planner, but should remain registered as a Transmission Operator  for the SEPA-TOP Projects until such time as a JRO agreement can be developed and executed.  To view the NERC BOT decision, click here.
