Gregory Cook Reappointed to Chair of the Class Action and Derivative Suits Committee of the American Bar Association Litigation Section

Gregory Cook, the co-chair of the Business Litigation Practice Group, has been reappointed to Chair of the Class Action and Derivative Suits Committee of the American Bar Association Litigation Section. This is Greg's third year as chair of this committee, which sponsors a National Institute on Class Actions, publishes a quarterly newsletter, sponsors programs at the ABA Annual Meeting and Litigation Section Annual Meetings, and publishes an active website.
