JoClaudia Moore is a Partner in the Montgomery office and her practice has three concentrations: real estate development, healthcare, and business litigation. In real estate development, Ms. Moore represents clients in the development, financing, and leasing of retail, office and other real estate developments. Ms. Moore provides assistance to healthcare clients in many areas including fraud and abuse compliance, HIPAA compliance, medical credentialing and licensure, hospital/physician relationships, entity formation and general business transactions. Ms. Moore also advises and represents healthcare clients before the Alabama Certificate of Need Board. In addition to the foregoing, Ms. Moore represents a broad range of clients in business litigation and appellate matters in both the state and federal courts.
