    As a litigator, I am grateful to be trusted to represent my clients and thoroughly enjoy interacting and working closely with them to develop strategies, set goals, and resolve litigation matters.

  • Outside general counsel for governmental entity: Serve as outside counsel for governmental entity, advising client on day-to-day operations and negotiations and applicable state law regarding procurement regulations and public records requests, and assisting in the negotiation and drafting of various contract provisions regarding aeronautical-related leases, federal and state grant applications, public/private partnerships, and economic development. (2019-Present).
  • Outside general counsel for nationwide company: Assist private sector client with all legal matters, including contract negotiation, litigation, and entity formation. (2020-Present)
  • Outside general counsel for governmental entity: Serve as outside general counsel for state economic agency, advising the client on a variety of matters such as contracts, applicable regulations, state and federal grants, and litigation. (2019-Present)
  • Outside general counsel for global company: Advise client on various legal issue, including applicable state and federal regulations, labor and employment concerns, and contract negotiations. (2023-Present)
  • Business litigation: Successfully represented company against various contract claims involving over $12 Million in alleged damages. (2021-2022)
  • Business litigation: Obtained favorable result on behalf of client in a dispute over terms of company’s operating agreement and purchase agreements against investors. (2019-2022)
  • Personal injury litigation: Successfully represented electric utility provider in lawsuit alleging negligence on behalf of the utility. (2017-2018)
  • Business litigation: Successfully represented governmental entity in a lawsuit seeking damages from an insurance company for failure to cover wrongfully denied Hurricane Katrina damage claims.  (2015-2019)
  • Mississippi tidelands boundary litigation: Represented the State of Mississippi in multiple lawsuits over the boundary of the Public Trust Tidelands in Mississippi. (2015-Present)
  • Wetlands delineation litigation: Served as counsel in disputes over determination of wetlands boundary. Negotiated and coordinated favorable result for landowners. (2016).
