Marcus Chatterton Speaks at the Professional Development Conference for the Public Relations Society of America

Marcus Chatterton spoke on the subject of crisis management and social media at the 2011 Professional Development Conference for the Public Relations Society of America ("PRSA") (Alabama Chapter) . The PRSA is the world's largest organization for public relations professionals. The Alabama Chapter of the PRSA includes members who are part of corporate in-house public relations, as well as non-profits and independent PR agencies.
