MATT BOWDEN is a Partner in the Environmental and Natural Resources section. His practice encompasses a wide range of environmental, land-use, real property, and governmental relations matters. His environmental practice includes issues involving water quality and quantity, endangered species, solid and hazardous wastes, cleanup and remediation, permitting, and zoning. In the governmental affairs arena, his practice includes working with state legislative and executive branches on legislation, amendments, regulatory initiatives and public policy matters. Prior to joining the firm, he was a Senior Accountant with Arthur Andersen & Co.
