MONICA GRAVELINE is a Partner in the Labor and Employment section of Balch & Bingham LLP. Ms. Graveline's practice focuses primarily on counseling both public and private employers in labor relations and employment rights issues, and representing management and employers in litigation and appeals. Ms. Graveline has experience in matters arising out of numerous federal and state laws, including: Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; The Civil Rights Act of 1991; 42 U.S.C. ยงยง 1981, 1983, 1985; The Americans with Disabilities Act; The Family and Medical Leave Act; The Fair Labor Standards Act; Workers' Compensation; The Employee Retirement and Income Security Act; State-law torts arising out of the employment relationship.
