Michelle M. Rothenberg-Williams is a Partner in the firm's Atlanta office. She joined Meadows, Ichter & Bowers, Balch & Bingham's predecessor in Atlanta, in 2001. She is a member of the firm's litigation section and represents individuals and entities in contractual and employment-related disputes. Her employment practice focuses upon counseling both public and private employers in employment-rights issues and representing management and employers in litigation and appeals. Ms. Rothenberg-Williams has handled matters arising out of numerous federal and state laws, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Civil Rights Act of 1991, 42 U.S.C. §§ 1981, 1983, 1985, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and various state-law torts arising out of the employment relationship. She has also handled disputes related to non-compete and non-solicitation agreements.
