“It is with the heaviest of hearts that I share the news of Mike’s passing. Mike was our partner and friend, and he was loved by all. He will be missed greatly by the entire Balch team. Mike made many invaluable contributions to the firm and was a dedicated advocate for the legal profession. This is a tremendous loss for the entire legal community,” said Alan T. Rogers, Managing Partner, Balch & Bingham LLP.
