E. Russell Turner, partner and member of the firm’s Labor & Employment Practice Group, was recently published in the February 2014 edition of HR Professionals Magazine, discussing the ADA Amendments Act (ADAAA) and the new and/or previously unaddressed issues that courts are still confronting since the ADAAA became law in 2008.
