Tashwanda Pinchback Dixon, associate in the firm’s Labor & Employment and Litigation Practice Group, was quoted in the Jan. 31, 2014 edition of the Atlanta Business Chronicle in an article discussing how employers should navigate the National Labor Relations Board’s (NLRB) recent mandates. Dixon commented that employers need to pay particular attention to the NLRB decisions pertaining to social media policies and ascertain whether those policies violate the National Labor Relations Act by prohibiting employee comments that the board classifies as 'protected concerted activity.
