Balch & Bingham LLP is pleased to announce that 30 attorneys have been named Alabama Super Lawyers, and 21 attorneys have been included as Alabama Rising Stars, both of which are highly regarded lawyer-rating directories in the U.S.

Super Lawyers is a rating service of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high-degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The selection process is multi-phased and includes independent research, peer nominations and peer evaluations. Rising Stars recognizes the top up-and-coming attorneys in the state — those who are 40 years old and younger, or who have been practicing for 10 years or less.

The lists of Alabama attorneys will be published in the May 2014 issue of Alabama Super Lawyers magazine and as a special section inside the May 2014 edition of Business Alabama.

“Recognition in this capacity is always significant since there is no higher honor than acknowledgment by your peers,” said Alan T. Rogers, managing partner of Balch & Bingham. “Our attorneys continue to positively impact the legal profession and we are grateful for their dedication to their craft and loyalty to our clients.”
