M. Lee Johnsey, Jr. , associate in the firm’s Birmingham, Ala., office, has been elected to serve a two-year term in the American Bar Association House of Delegates as a representative of the Alabama State Bar’s Young Lawyers’ Section. The control and administration of the ABA is vested in the House of Delegates, the policy-making body of the association. Action taken by the House of Delegates on specific issues becomes official ABA policy. The House of Delegates consists of 560 members representing states, state and local bar associations, and other ABA representatives.
