Marcus R. Chatterton, attorney in the firm’s Birmingham, Ala., office and member of the Litigation Section, authored an article for Inside Counsel on April 23, 2015 regarding businesses protecting their brands on social media. The article was entitled “Protect your Brand from the Trolls, Imposters and Would-Be Comedians of Social Media,” and is the first authored article in Mr. Chatterton’s two-part series for Inside Counsel on businesses’ social media practices. Throughout the article, Mr. Chatterton provided advice on best practices for managing a brand’s social media presence.
