Balch & Bingham Attorneys Speaking at the National Business Institute’s Discovery Under the New Federal Rules of Civil Procedure Seminar

Attorneys from Balch & Bingham’s Litigation Section are speaking at the National Business Institute’s Discovery Under the New Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (FRCP) Seminar on September 24, 2015. The attorneys will advise on methods to prepare for e-discovery changes under the proposed amendments to the FRCP, which will go into effect December 1, 2015, and ways to adapt your current e-discovery process to comply with the new FRCP. Content will include: early case management; cooperation between counsel; preservation of ESI and litigation holds; rule 26 changes; following the proportionality standard during discovery; ethics. This basic-to-intermediate level seminar, worth six CLE credits, is designed for attorneys, but e-discovery consultants, paralegals and other litigation support professionals may also benefit.
