Three Balch attorneys who focus their practice on federal policy, specifically relating to environmental and energy concerns, authored a 2016 Regulatory Forecast publication detailing the trajectory of regulatory and legislative actions, including the Clean Power Plan and Toxic Substances Control Act. The report also includes insight as to how Congress’s recent 2016 fiscal year spending bill will impact environmental and energy policy.
