Will Hill Tankersley, Jr., partner in the firm’s Birmingham and Montgomery, Ala., offices and leader of the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group, has been asked to serve as a judge of the International Trademark Association (INTA) annual Saul Lefkowitz Moot Court Competition’s regional oral argument competition for the Southeast region in Atlanta on Feb. 6, 2016. INTA is the preeminent global trademark and branding rights association in the world. It is comprised of 6,700 organizations and 30,000 trademark professionals from 190 countries. Mr. Tankersley is the only Alabama lawyer who will serve as a judge at the INTA Competition.
