Ashley Eley Cannady Presented Webinar Regarding ADA, FMLA, and Pregnancy Leave Obligations for Employers

Ashley Eley Cannady, partner in the firm’s Jackson office and member of the Labor & Employment and Health Law Practices, presented a webinar on January 12, 2017, for the Mississippi Hospital Association entitled, “Achieving Attendance Goals While Complying with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and Pregnancy Leave Obligations.” Ashley discussed employer coverage and employee eligibility requirements under these federal laws, reasonable accommodations, leave and return to work issues, and how to curtail employee abuse.
