Jim Noles, partner in our Birmingham office and member of the Environmental & Natural Resources Practice, spoke at the State Agricultural and Rural Leaders 2017 Legislative Agriculture Chairs Summit in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, on January 7, 2017. Jim spoke on the Endangered Species Act and the impact of recent developments, including rulemakings, regulations, proposed listings, and litigation. 

State Agriculture and Rural Leaders is an organization comprised of state leaders, officials, and legislators that provides education on issues of concern to agriculture-focused and rural communities.
