Marcus Chatterton Moderated Panel on Augmented Reality Law for ABA Section of Litigation Annual Conference

Marcus Chatterton, partner in the firm’s Birmingham office and member of the Litigation and Intellectual Property/Trademark Practices, moderated a panel on augmented reality for the American Bar Association (ABA) Section of Litigation Annual Conference on May 5, 2017, in San Francisco. The panel, entitled, “Pokémon in the Wild – Data Privacy, Trespass, and Tort in the land of Augmented Reality,” explored the laws of augmented reality, as well as legal issues surrounding these types of applications, including Pokémon Go. 
 
The Section Annual Conference was held May 3-5, 2017, in San Francisco, and boasted more than 150 speakers including judges, in-house counsel and government officials.
