Neah Mitchell is an Associate in the Montgomery office and practices in the Firm's Litigation and Health Law sections and is also a member of the Electronic Discovery and Data Management Group.
Ms. Mitchell has an active civil litigation practice, which includes appellate matters, in both state and federal courts. Ms. Mitchell's healthcare practice focuses on licensure and Certificate of Need matters before state regulatory agencies.
