Balch Forms Nuclear Whistleblower Response Team

Balch & Bingham LLP announces the formation of its Nuclear Whistleblower Response Team headed by K. C. Hairston. The members of this Team are available to assist nuclear licensees, contractors and vendors in investigating and defending against claims of wrongdoing or retaliation brought in various forums, including the Department of Labor, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, and state and federal courts. Team members have previously assisted clients in designing and auditing corporate concerns programs and other compliance systems to ensure the protection of employee rights and have represented clients against whistleblower claims. The firm has assembled this Team from experienced members of its nuclear regulatory, labor and employment, and litigation practices to ensure the most effective representation of firm clients.
