PAUL A. CLARK is a Partner in the Montgomery office.  Mr. Clark is a member of the Products Liability and Casualty Litigation Practice Group.  His trial and appellate experience span the full scope of this section's practice area, including the litigation of claims against electric utilities of all sizes.  Through the litigation of several mass nuisance cases, Mr. Clark has also gained specialized experience in industrial noise pollution claims.

Representative Experience

  • Brackett v. Alabama Power Co. – Defended power company in trial of claims arising from collision of service truck with plaintiff’s vehicle.
  • Brannon v. Wiregrass Electric Cooperative, Inc. – Defended rural electric co-op against claims arising from motorcycle accident following the failure of a utility pole.
  • Davis, et al v. Hanson Aggregates Southeast, Inc. – Defended limestone quarry operator in trial of mass nuisance claims.
  • Pound, et al. v Southern Power Co. – Defended power company against noise pollution claims arising from operation of generation facility.
