  • How are you involved in your community?

    I currently serve as a member of the board of directors for Autism Speaks in Georgia and have previously served on the boards of CADEF (Childhood Autism Foundation) and the Atlanta American Diabetes Association (Father’s Day Committee). I take pro-bono litigation projects to assist those who do not otherwise have the resources to defend themselves in legal proceedings. My wife is on the Smyrna, Georgia City Council.  We are both are  active in our children’s schools.

  • What do you see on the horizon of your area of practice?

    Financial services clients continue to face evolving regulatory and litigation challenges—both at the federal and state level.  Our job is to ensure that our clients are aware of these issues, avoid them when possible, and address them when necessary.
