  • Successfully defended a financial institution from claims of $25 million for fraud, suppression, intentional interference with business relations, and credit defamation, and recovered the full amount owed to the financial institution. (2016)
  • Successfully defended a financial institution from claims of more than $50 million for fraud and intentional interference with business relations and recovered more than $5 million for the financial institution. (2013)
  • Successfully defended an international shipping company in Los Angeles, California, from multimillion dollar claims for breach of contract and fraud. (2011)
  • Successfully defended a national insurer against a putative class action for federal securities fraud and various state law claims, including the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO). The Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed the dismissal. (2010)
  • Successfully defended and obtained dismissals for an international products manufacturer in different actions for claims of multiple wrongful deaths and brain injury. (2009, 2015)
  •  Successfully obtained dismissals for asbestos and silica manufacturers from allegations of toxic exposure. (2009)
  • Successfully defended and obtained a dismissal for an international corporation in a multimillion dollar case involving allegations of fraud and construction defects related to the construction of a large food processing plant. (2008)
  • Successfully defended a national contractor on an industrial development from claims of liquidated damages and improper workmanship and recovered more than $2 million for the contractor from the owner. (2012)
  • Successfully defended a national oil and natural gas company from claims of race and sex discrimination resulting in the dismissal of the cases. (2009, 2011)
