  • Which courts or agencies do you most often appear before on behalf of your clients?

    I most often appear before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Alabama, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, Alabama state courts, and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

  • What types of clients do you represent?
  • Represented the Court-Appointed Receiver of the Personnel Board of Jefferson County (“PBJC”) in his efforts to reform the civil service system governing Jefferson County, Alabama, resulting in the successful termination of civil rights litigation that spanned more than 30 years. Current representation of the PBJC includes day-to-day advice, general litigation counsel, and support to the administrative processes of the board.
