    I represent electric utilities, casinos, physicians in business disputes, and landowners. I also represent debt collection companies in FDCPA, FCRA, and identity theft disputes. I am called upon to represent clients in bet the company cases.

  • Following Hurricane Katrina in 2005, Jonathan obtained over $170 million in insurance proceeds on behalf of the Hard Rock Casino and Hotel to rebuild. (2008)
  • Jonathan successfully argued summary judgment motions in Federal Court resulting in the dismissal of approximately 100 hurricane related property claims against Crowley Liner Services in which 18 wheeler containers were washed ashore during Hurricane Katrina. (2008)
