  • Insurance coverage litigation: Obtained $2.09 million jury verdict on behalf of a corporate client in a commercial dispute in federal court in Tennessee. Following an appeal to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, a retrial of the case resulted in a $4.711 million jury verdict for our corporate client. 
  • Product liability defense: Obtained summary judgment for heavy equipment manufacturer in a wrongful death product liability case where plaintiff fell off the riding step on a garbage truck.
