    I primarily represent investor-owned electric utilities, and privately-held companies associated with electric power generation, maintenance of steam turbines and storage of spent nuclear fuel.

  • Licensing and construction of new power plant: Responsible for the licensing and construction of a Westinghouse AP-1000 near Augusta, Georgia for Georgia Power Company and the co-owners. 
  • Chairman, CEO of Southern Nuclear Operating Company: In Mr. Miller's role as Chairman, President and CEO of Southern Nuclear Operating Company he was responsible for the safe operation of three nuclear plants for Southern Company
