H. RODGER WILDER is a Partner in the firm's Gulfport, Mississippi office. Mr. Wilder has extensive experience in a wide variety of corporate, commercial, public utility and real estate issues, both from a transactional and a litigation perspective. This experience includes, among other things: Experience in many aspects of public utility and energy law, including state and federal utility regulation, litigation, corporate and commercial matters and real estate issues Representing a wide variety of healthcare clients in connection with transactional and litigation matters Assisting clients engaged in commercial transactions, including drafting and interpreting contractual arrangements and representing clients in commercial litigation Representing clients before various federal, state and local boards and agencies in connection with public utility, healthcare, real estate and commercial matters
