H. RODGER WILDER is a Partner in the firm’s Gulfport, Mississippi office. Mr. Wilder has extensive experience advising clients in a wide variety of corporate, commercial, public utility and real estate issues, both from transactional and litigation perspectives. This experience includes, among other things:

Assisting small and large business clients with commercial transactions and litigation matters.

Representing a variety of healthcare clients in connection with business and regulatory matters.

Representing clients on regulatory matters before various federal, state and local boards and agencies.

Extensive experience in many aspects of public utility and energy law, including state and federal utility regulation, litigation, corporate and commercial matters and real estate issues.
