TODD G. CRAWFORD is a Partner in the Firm’s Litigation Section. His practice focuses primarily on the defense of maritime personal injury and property damage litigation, much of which arises from support vessels for oil and gas production in the Gulf of Mexico. He also handles other areas of defense litigation, including general casualty, energy, insurance coverage, premises and products liability. He has represented vessel operators, service companies, fabrication companies, oil & gas operators and their insurers in a variety of claims, including catastrophic oil well blow-outs, indemnity & insurance disputes, environmental remediation, toxic exposure and closed head injuries. Todd’s maritime practice includes defense of maritime personal injury and Jones Act claims; property damage; allisions and collisions; maritime liens and insurance, as well as contract review, drafting and negotiation.
