Trey Hill is an Associate in the firm’s Birmingham office, where his practice focuses on obtaining economic development incentives for emerging and established businesses as well as the representation of such businesses in connection with various transactional and tax matters, including corporate governance, compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws, and business planning. Trey also advises nonprofit entities in obtaining and maintaining tax-exempt status.
