  • Legal Technology Trainer – Birmingham, AL


    Overall responsibilities include new and existing employee computer training and the responsibilities involving the coordination of a variety of training services and activities. 

    • Participate in the onboarding and integration of new employees by providing training on software applications, business tools, phone systems, etc., including post-training support. 
    • Research and recommend new and innovative ways to deliver training.
    • Develop a comprehensive training curriculum.
    • Deliver consistent, quality training experiences via live settings, web/phone conferences, phone/remote computer access, and online eLearning to varied audiences. 
    • Administer the training for the firm’s Legal Management System.


    • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite 
    • Excellent presentation, coaching, and communication skills. Ability to deliver training in a dynamic, energetic manner to facilitate the engagement of participants and participants’ retention of subject matter.
    • Excellent organizational and interpersonal relations skills. 
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other team members.
    • Ability to demonstrate self-motivation, technical zeal, independent judgement, and self-confidence with minimum supervision.
    • Manage multiple priorities and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
    • Some travel and after hours support may be required.


    • Degree in Education, Human Resources, Communications, or related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience with end user training or class room teaching.
    • Prior experience with the Microsoft Office Suite and general law firm specific applications is preferred. 
  • Legal Secretary - Litigation - Birmingham, AL


    • Prepare and edit legal documents and correspondence including letters, memos, dictation, briefs, pleadings and reports.
    • Organize and maintain files.
    • Maintain and track schedules, deadlines and calendars. 
    • Schedule meetings and conferences.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements.
    • Answer incoming telephone calls.
    • Enter, edit and/or finalize billable time and client billings.
    • Research and respond to inquiries and requests for information.
    • Provide other support as necessary.


    • Strong word processing skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other team members.
    • Ability to handle and adjust to competing deadlines and priorities.
    • Typing speed of 55+ wpm.
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
    • Client service focused.
    • Some overtime may be required.<


    • Prior litigation experience required.
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
