On April 30, 2009, NERC submitted its first quarter 2009 report on the analysis of voting results for mandatory Reliability Standards.  NERC explains that it is submitting this filing in response to paragraph 18 of the Commission’s January 18, 2007 Order, which requires NERC to closely monitor and report to the Commission the voting results for NERC Reliability Standards each quarter for three years.  The first quarter 2009 report covers balloting results during the January 1, 2009 through March 31, 2009 time-period and includes NERC’s analysis of the voting results, including trends and patterns of stakeholder approval of NERC Reliability Standards.  To view NERC’s first quarter 2009 report, click here.
