House Holds Hearing on Cybersecurity Threats

On July 21, 2009, the House Subcommittee on Emerging Threats, Cybersecurity and Science and Technology held a hearing on “Securing the Modern Electric Grid from Physical and Cyber Attacks.”  The hearing focused on draft proposed legislation (H.R. 2195) that would give FERC new authority to protect the electric grid from cyber security threats and vulnerabilities.  Links to all of the prepared testimony presented at the hearing are below.
