On June 16, 2011, in Docket Nos. RC11-1, and RC11-2, FERC issued an order denying the appeals of two NERC Compliance Registry decisions concerning the inclusion of Cedar Creek Wind Energy, LLC and Milford Wind Corridor Phase I, LLC on the NERC Compliance Registry as transmission owners (TOs) and transmission operators (TOPs). Cedar Creek and Milford, both generator owners (GOs) and operators (GOPs), had argued that their respective generator tie-line facilities do not fall within NERC’s registration criteria as TOs and TOPs.
