NERC Submits Compliance Filing on Training Materials for FFT Determinations

On October 12, 2012 in Docket No. RC11-6, NERC submitting a filing in compliance with FERC’s September 20, 2012 order requiring NERC to file training materials developed to facilitate the implementation of Find, Fix, Track and Report (FFT) determinations. The compliance filing contains a power point presentation used during a NERC webinar for industry stakeholders which focused on new developments under the Compliance Enforcement Initiative (CEI) and provided guidance on self-reports, an exercise booklet of sample FFT fact patterns used to help auditors determine the appropriate processing track, a second exercise booklet containing the same fact patterns which was used for instructor training, another power point presentation used to train compliance and enforcement staff on the FFT process, and a third power point presentation used to train industry members on the FFT process.
