On March 8, 2013, in Docket No. RR13-1, FERC issued a Letter Order accepting the December 28, 2012 Petition seeking approval of amendments to NERC’s Delegation Agreement with ReliabilityFirst (RFC), specifically amendments to the ReliabilityFirst Bylaws. The purpose of the amendments is to enable RFC to organize as a corporation eligible for 501(c)(3) status under the Internal Revenue Code.
