NERC Files Motion to Intervene, Protest and Comment

On March 18, 2013, in Docket No. RC13-4, NERC submitted a motion to intervene, protest and comment on the South Louisiana Electric Cooperative Association (SLECA) registration appeal. NERC protests the relief sought by SLECA and urges the Commission to uphold SLECA’s registration as a Distribution Provider and Load-Serving Entity.
